This firm has since been manufacturing steel tubes "for infrastructure development, construction purpose like electrical fittings, furniture, grills, carriers etc.” In 1976, for the first time in India ,we gave a direction in conduit pipe trade, by manufacturing of pipe in an automatic plant which was imported from Czechoslovakia and now manufactured as per IS-9537 Part 2. with ISI marking on black stove enameled conduits pipe on every meter.
Bharat Industries is also known for successfully executing (bulk) orders within the settled delivery schedule, as our motto includes to maximize customer satisfaction with quality products.
Production capacity of about 7,500 Metric Tonnes annually (in two shifts,including that of G.K.S.T. Pvt. Ltd.)
To augment the production as well as to introduce new products considering the growing need of the market new production facilities were started as a sister concern of Bharat Industries (Regd.) G.K Steel Tube Private Limited and Bharat Galvanizers & Engineers.

B.I.CONDUITS, have adequate mechanical strength to stand the tests which are required for conduits to pass as per specifications to go through Bend Test, Flattening Test, and Compression Test before being taken to the final process.
RAW MATERIAL testing facility at our lab before taking it to process.
DIAMETER: Extra device fitted on tube mill to achieve uniform diameter of the conduit on line.
EXTERNAL FEATURES: The inner and outer surfaces of the conduits are treated with special phosphate process. Extra thick coating is given to the medium protection conduits against water, oil, building materials, low and high temperature, corrosive and polluting substances. |
